quite often, i'll get people asking "how do you stay in shape on holiday?" I'll plan the workout regimes weeks or months ahead, scheduling a deload week during the holiday.

Deload is a period of time where you take things easier at lighter weights & reduce training intensity. It encourages the body to recover to prepare for harder & heavier loading ahead. Also, enjoying the holiday without feeling guilt. Occasionally, I'll try to stay active by doing things I enjoy like swimming & eating. Hahah... Afterall what's the point of a holiday goin' all gospel about eating Clean Food & not let loose a little 😉
